Bring your own key (BYOK)
Add your existing provider API keys to a workspace and Neural Router will route eligible traffic through your own accounts — your rates, your credits, your rate limits — behind the same unified API.
Add a provider key
Under BYOK, choose a provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, and more), give the key a label, and paste the secret. Keys are encrypted at rest; only the last four characters are ever displayed.
How routing uses it
When a request resolves to a provider you've added a key for, Neural Router uses your credential — so usage bills to your provider account at your negotiated rate. Requests that route elsewhere fall back to Neural Router's pooled capacity unless you restrict providers.
Security
BYOK secrets are stored encrypted with a managed KMS, scoped to a single workspace, and never returned by the API. Revoke a key at any time from the dashboard; it stops being used immediately.
