Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you or the entity you represent ("you") and Neural Router, Inc. ("Neural Router"). If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity under them. Keep keys secret, rotate them if exposed, and use the workspace controls (budgets, guardrails, roles) to manage access. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the service to violate law, infringe rights, generate prohibited content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or exceed or circumvent rate limits and quotas. We may suspend access for violations or to protect the service and its users.

Requests are routed to third-party model providers. Your use of a given model is also subject to that provider's applicable terms and usage policies. Model availability, pricing, and capabilities may change as providers update their offerings.

Paid plans and usage-based charges are billed as described at checkout and on your invoices. You authorize us to charge your payment method for amounts due. Budgets you set are enforced on a best-effort basis and do not waive charges already incurred. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We retain all rights in the platform. You retain rights in your inputs and outputs as between you and us, subject to providers' terms. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — for example, to transmit your prompts to the selected provider.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Model outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural Router will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
